Heat Comes from Both Sides for Speed
Single side heating is too slow for thick boards. So we use top and bottom plates that heat together. This cuts your press cycle time by over 30%. The two sides can run at different temperatures too. Each side has its own smart control. This lets you match the heat to your glue and your wood. Your boards will have strong glue bonds from edge to edge. We also include an auto loader and unloader with suction cups. The machine pulls the board in. It pushes it out. No one needs to touch it. This saves you labor costs and stops worker injuries.
A Heavy Body That Will Not Move
This press runs at 1800 tons. That is a huge force. The frame must be very strong. We build it from heavy steel plate. We weld it together and then remove the internal stress.
