Wood Cold Press Machine

We took our 600 ton pressure and put it on a 2700mm long table. The Wood Cold Press Machine is our flagship cold press. It is for the toughest jobs. A plywood factory in Fujian bought this press from us. Their boards are very thick. They need very high glue strength. Other presses did not work well. Our 600 ton model with the big table passed the test on the first try. The glue strength was 2.5 times what they needed. They ordered 3 more presses on the spot. The Wood Cold Press Machine is for shops that press heavy, thick boards.

This press gets heavy use. We built it to last. The table support has two layers of reinforcement. The frame leaves lots of room for big boards. The table has rollers. Your workers can slide heavy boards in and out. You can also add a chain conveyor. We can add a board positioning system if you need it. The top of the press has safety rails.
