800 Tons with 6 Cylinders for Thick Multi-Layer Boards

Together they give you 800 tons of force. Why 6 cylinders? Because more cylinders spread the pressure more evenly. A high density board maker in Anhui uses this press. They need very high pressure and perfect uniformity. Our 800 ton press met their needs. The density variation across their boards is less than 1%. That is very good.
Six Cylinders Work Together for Even Pressure
Most cold presses use 2 cylinders. The Woodworking Cold Press Machine uses 6. They all work together. The pressure is the same everywhere on your board. No weak spots. No warps. The hydraulic system uses good parts and seals. It runs smooth and quiet. No leaks. The frame is welded steel. We remove the internal stress so it stays straight. Even under 800 tons, it will not bend. The frame leaves lots of room for big boards. The table support has extra reinforcement.
Custom Sizes and Options Available

Your workers can slide boards in and out. You can also add a chain conveyor. The top of the press has safety rails. The moving plate has yellow and black stripes.
