Cold Press for Woodworking

We made a 500 ton cold press. It works well for most shops. But we saw a new need. More shops are making extra thick boards and fire doors. These need more pressure. So we built the Cold Press for Woodworking with 500 tons. A fire door maker in Jiangsu uses this press. Their fire doors are 30mm thick. Normal cold presses could not get the glue to bond well. Our 500 ton press did it in one shot. Their glue strength went up by 35%. They ordered 5 more presses from us right away.

Safety matters. The Cold Press for Woodworking has rails on top for safe repairs. The moving plate has yellow and black stripes to warn workers. The control box has an emergency stop button. We also added a safety lock. This stops the machine if someone makes a wrong move. The table has rollers for easy loading. Your workers can slide heavy boards in and out.
