Extra Large 400mm Cylinders
To reach 600 tons, we use Ø400mm main cylinders. That is very big. The two cylinders run on their own. The pressure is the same from left to right. Every part of your board gets the same squeeze. No warps. No weak glue bonds. The hydraulic system uses good parts and seals. It runs smooth and quiet. No leaks. The frame is welded steel. We remove the internal stress so it stays straight. Even under 600 tons day after day, it will not bend. The frame leaves lots of open space for big boards.
Heavy Rollers for Heavy Boards
Heavy boards are hard to move. We made it easier. The table has rollers. Your workers can slide boards in and out with less effort. You can also add a chain conveyor. The table support is reinforced for 600 tons. It will not bend. The top of the press has safety rails. The moving plate has yellow and black stripes. The control box has an emergency stop button.
