It takes off material and sets the board to the right thickness. The second head does fine polishing. It removes the sanding marks. One pass. Two jobs done. A large plywood factory in Hunan used this machine. Before, they needed two machines and extra workers to move boards between them. Now one machine does it all. They cut 2 workers and raised output by 50%.
Straight Sanding Plus Air Bag Polishing
The first head on the Board Sander Machine uses a straight sanding roller. It is strong and stable for heavy stock removal. The second head uses an air bag with a graphite pad. This gives soft, even pressure for polishing. The two heads work together. Your boards come out flat, smooth, and ready for lamination. The main motors are 37KW and 30KW. The feed motor is 7.5KW with variable speed. Feed speed is 10 to 50 meters per minute.
Strong Frame for Two-Headed Work
Two heads make more vibration. The frame on the Board Sander Machine is extra thick. Both heads are cast steel. The machine stays steady. No shaking. The feed belt is strong. It holds boards from 3mm to 40mm thick. Max width is 1300mm. The machine has a PLC and touch screen. You set the thickness. The machine controls the rest. Here are the specs.
