Air Bag and Graphite Pad for a Scratch-Free Finish
Regular sanders leave fine scratches. You see them after laminating. Our Large Sanding Machine uses a different method. It has an air bag and a graphite pad. The air bag gives soft pressure. The graphite pad helps the belt slide smooth. No heat spots. No scratches. A furniture maker used this machine for their high end no-paint boards. Before, they could see sand marks through the PVC film. After switching to our machine, the surface looked like glass. Their orders doubled.
One Head for Fine Polishing
The Large Sanding Machine has one sanding head. It is for fine polishing, not heavy stock removal. Use it after a regular sander. It takes out the fine scratches left by the first pass. The main motor is 45KW. The feed motor is 7.5KW with variable speed. Feed speed is 10 to 50 meters per minute. The sanding belt is 2720mm by 1330mm. The machine handles boards from 3mm to 40mm thick. Max width is 1300mm.
Simple to Run and Easy to Clean
The machine has a PLC and a touch screen. You set the thickness. The machine controls belt tension and tracking. The feed belt is strong. It holds the board tight. No slipping.
