The board goes through the blades. Suction cups pick up the finished board. They stack it on a pallet. No one touches the board from start to finish. A large furniture maker in Guangdong used this machine. They edge 10,000 boards every day. Before, workers had to lift each board onto the feed table. This caused scratches. Four Blades Cut All Sides at Once
The Board Edger Machine uses four blades. They cut all four sides in one pass. The blades are Ø255mm with 120 teeth. Each blade has its own 7.5KW motor. Feed speed is 0 to 30 meters per minute. You can adjust it for different board types. The cut is clean. No tears. No fuzz. The machine holds size to less than 1mm diagonal error. That is better than hand cutting. The machine uses a Mitsubishi PLC and a touch screen. Change board sizes with a few touches.
Safety and Dust Control
The machine has a full safety cover. Light sensors stop the machine if someone gets too close. Dust ports connect to your dust collector. Your shop stays clean. The machine is modular.
