A 2.4 Meter Wide Roller for Big Boards
Big boards need big machines. Small gluers cannot cover an 8 foot wide board. You would have to run it through twice. Our Board Gluing Machine has a 2700mm wide roller. That covers a full 4x8 foot board in one pass. No second pass needed. No wasted time. The machine uses three rollers. One puts on the glue. Two squeeze it to the right thickness. You can adjust the gaps by turning hand wheels. This works for different board thicknesses and different glue types. Glue goes on even from edge to edge.

Big boards are heavy. The Board Gluing Machine is built for heavy work. The rubber roller is Ø420mm. That is very big. The glue roller is Ø270mm. Both are made from quality materials. The rubber is natural rubber at 50 hardness. The chrome roller is mirror polished. Glue does not stick. It resists rust and wear. The motor is 4KW with a variable speed controller. The drive system is precise. No jamming. The frame uses thick steel plate. No shaking even under heavy load.
Save Glue and Save Labor
The built-in glue tank has side seals. Glue does not leak out. This saves you 15% to 25% compared to hand gluing. One worker runs the machine. They feed boards from one end.
