The cups are big and strong. They grip even rough surfaces. The board goes through the four blades. It comes out as a perfect rectangle. A plywood factory in Hubei used this machine. Four Blades for Rough Board Trimming
The Sawmill Board Edger has four blades. Each is 7.5KW. The blades are Ø255mm with 120 teeth. They cut all four sides at once. The machine uses a Mitsubishi PLC. Set the size you want. The machine does the rest. Feed speed is 0 to 30 meters per minute. The machine can handle boards that are not perfectly square. Sensors find the best position before cutting. This saves wood. You cut off only what you need to.
Full Auto from Rough to Finished
The machine loads itself. Suction cups pick up each rough board. The board moves to the feed belt. After cutting, a stacker piles the finished boards. No one touches the boards.
