It carries boards. It goes from machine to machine. A large plywood factory put 3 of these in their line. The RGVs move boards between hot press, cold press, glue machine, and sander. The RGV runs on two rails. You lay the rails where you want. The RGV can go to many stations. You program the path. The RGV knows where to go. At each station, the RGV lines up with the machine. Rollers on the RGV push the boards onto the machine. The RGV can talk to your main computer. It can work with your PLC system. Multiple RGVs can run on the same track. They talk to each other. They do not crash.
Safe and Easy to Use
The RGV has bumpers. It has lights. It makes noise when moving. It stops if something is in the way. You can run it in manual mode for setup. Switch to auto mode for production. The RGV carries 3 tons. Speed is 0 to 30 meters per minute. The power is 36V. The motor is 1.5KW. Here are the specs.
