You push the boards by hand. But the rollers make it easy. A small plywood shop used this lift. They did not want to spend on powered rollers. But they also did not want to keep lifting heavy stacks. Strong Scissor Lift Design
The Scissor Lift Roller Conveyor uses a scissor lift. The arms are strong steel. Two hydraulic cylinders lift the table. The lift is smooth. No shaking. The table has free-spinning rollers. The rollers are strong. They have a non-slip surface. Boards do not slide off. The lift holds 3 tons. The table size is 2400mm by 1200mm. That fits 4x8 foot boards. Lift stroke is 1200mm.
Simple and Low Cost
No motors on the rollers means less to break. Maintenance is very low. Check the hydraulic oil. Grease the pins. That is it. The lift has safety rails. It has overload protection. A manual valve lets you lower the table if power fails. Limit switches stop the lift at the right height. You control it with buttons or a foot switch. Here are the specs.
